Making a Monument

Revolio’s first documentary film, Making a Monument, was an architectural study on the DY Patil University Centre of Excellence. Marking Foster+Partners’ first work in India and their other works, including The Gherkin, London, and Apple Park, California, this documentary deep dived into architectural explanations and the building philosophies of one of the world’s foremost architectural firms. Revolio did end-to-end production, conducted research on the site and on all the stakeholders, edited, and packaged this 30-minute-long documentary. The documentary was shot in Mumbai and London to capture the whole process in the making of this monument. This project was presented with the award ‘Public/IInstitutional Project of the Year’ at the Aces of Space Design Awards 2023.
