Sports Women India

The Sports Women, a platform started under Capri Sports, is the first of its kind in India that documents and celebrates Indian sportswomen. We do this by creating content IPs centred on prominent sports women like Saima Thakor and Smriti Mandhana. We have also built campaigns for different sporting events like the Olympics, Paralympics, and Cricket World Cup covering the experiences of female athletes in India. Taking a documentary-style approach to these videos, we capture the stories of the athletes through creative storytelling and direction. We also do a sit-down interview format and vox pop videos for Sports Women. With the help of these video properties, we raise brand awareness for the parent company and highlight the often overlooked contribution of women to Indian sports.
